This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 13.105, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-101 effective 26 Oct 2018, Defense Procurement Notice 20180928, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2018-0525 effective 25 May 2018.  This procurement is being issued as a small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 335313 with a size standard of 1250 EMP.
