The scope of work to be performed under this contract consists of providing materials, labor, equipment and superintendent in accordance with the Technical Specifications and Contract documents. Contractor’s responsibility includes; but is not limited to: construction sequencing in accordance with the Contract Documents, quality control of workmanship and materials, handling of all materials, handling and disposal of all waste, and compliance with regulatory standards governing the work for the repair and painting of two (2) elevated storage tanks:
Prince Street Elevated Storage Tank (Tank Identification 11EST) is approximately 143 feet tall and 750,000 gallons elevated tank constructed in 1965 which is located on 1409 Prince Street; Brunswick, Georgia 31520.
Demere Road Elevated Storage Tank (Tank Identification SS104EST) is approximately 145 feet tall and 500,000 gallons elevated tank constructed in 1975 which is located on 2731 Demere Road; Saint Simons Island, Georgia 31522.
Prince Street Elevated Storage Tank (Tank Identification 11EST) is approximately 143 feet tall and 750,000 gallons elevated tank constructed in 1965 which is located on 1409 Prince Street; Brunswick, Georgia 31520.
Demere Road Elevated Storage Tank (Tank Identification SS104EST) is approximately 145 feet tall and 500,000 gallons elevated tank constructed in 1975 which is located on 2731 Demere Road; Saint Simons Island, Georgia 31522.
