quote.  Minimum requirements – Specifications of Bench-Top purification system Bench-top purification machine should provide purification of small- and large-scale reaction products. It should be useful for purification of triglycerides, fatty acid methyl esters, fatty acid amides, carbohydrates, polymers, and natural products. The purification machine should be equipped with PDA detectors, normal/reverse columns, and auto fraction collector. The purification machine should be compatible with ELSD detector. The machine should also have the capability to automatically mix solvents.
