Bidders who submit a response to this IFB must have the ability to meet the bid specifications and requirements, including the Purchase Order General Terms and Conditions contained in this IFB. All quotes/bids are to be FOB Destination and Net 30 Payment Terms. All questions regarding this IFB are to be directed to Karen Kawelmacher in the “Question & Answer,” section of this solicitation. Failure to adhere to this process may disqualify
