NoBid Synopsis: The University of Wisconsin-La Crosse (“UW-La Crosse”), hereinafter referred to as the “University”, through its Procurement - Business Services Department, hereinafter referred to as “Procurement”, on behalf of the University of Wisconsin System Campuses; UW-Green Bay, UW-Oshkosh, and UW-River Falls, is requesting proposals for the International Education and Engagement Departments throughout the System, hereinafter referred to as “Departments”, for the purchase of a configurable commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) International Education Program Management Software solution. The University as part of its mission to offer the broadest range of educational and learning experiences through travel abroad opportunities. Domestic students can engage with an application that provides access to students to seek and apply for educational opportunities abroad and away. The application can have the potential to be expanded to international students. The application is required to do the following: Study abroad/away lead generation; Study abroad/away student applications; Provide searchable fields and filters to narrow based on interests; Provides optimization to the user’s experience; Student travel; Compliant with federal European Union regulations related to student travel and data; Customizable reporting (internal user); and, Risk mitigation tools.
