This Request for Proposal (RFP) is intended to provide prospective proposers with sufficient information to prepare and submit a proposal for consideration by the City. Proposal documents may be downloaded from the OregonBuys web procurement system. Any addenda that may be issued relating to this RFP will be available from OregonBuys, and potential proposers are cautioned to continuously monitor the site for updates and addenda. Applicants may submit their proposals and/or responses online. Proposals may also be delivered in hard copy form to the City in accordance with the requirements outlined in the RFP.
