Racine County is accepting sealed proposals to provide the Racine County Jail and Racine County Detention Center with
Food Management Services. Sealed proposals will be received in the office of the Racine County Purchasing Manager Racine County Courthouse, 4th Floor, 730 Wisconsin Avenue, Racine, WI  53403 until 2:00 pm, CDT, Thursday, August 26, 2021.  All submitted proposals shall be in accordance with specifications on file in this office.  RFP documents are available in the office of the Purchasing Manager at the above address, phone: 262-636-3700, or online at

Mandatory pre-proposal conference and site tour will be held at 2:00 p.m. CST on Tuesday, August 3, 2021. While any firm interested in potentially submitting a proposal must attend mandatory pre-proposal conference, such participation does not obligate the Vendor to submit a proposal. If you plan on attending, please complete and fax/email the attached registration form no later than 4:30 p.m. CDT on Monday, August 2, 2021. Only those vendors completing the mandatory pre-proposal conference/tour will be permitted to submit a proposal. RACINE COUNTY through its duly authorized representatives, reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive all technicalities, and choose the offer deemed most advantageous to Racine County.  All bidders by submitting their bids agree to abide by the rules, regulations and decisions of Racine County.
