The developable project area totals 53 acres and is comprised of two residential parcels with the primary residential parcel comprised of 35 acres owned by the City of Seymour with an adjacent privately owned secondary site comprised of 18 acres. A future developable site east of the main project site is privately owned and presents the potential for expansion of the project area at some point the future.The City of Seymour is very interested in fostering high-quality development at this location.
