Scope of Work The City of Lawrence is actively working to improve the bicycle network throughout the City and a key piece is to develop a highly visible network of bicycle boulevards. The City has approved two bicycle boulevard projects to be constructed with local pedestrian/bicycle funds and traffic calming funds. These facilities will be the first of their kind in Lawrence and are critical to the evolution of bicycle facilities in our community.
