2023 Prof Services - Municipal Advisor (Financial)

SCOPE OF SERVICES: Cherry Hill Township is seeking the services of Municipal Advisor to assist in the compliance and development of financing alternatives for the following: ANY ISSUANCE OF DEBT All past, present and future issuance of bonds, bond anticipation notes, emergency notes, refunding and/or refinancing and any other municipal obligations and other financial studies as may be deemed desirable to the Township if and when necessary. In addition, the role of the Municipal Advisor is to serve as the Township’s consultant on debt financing projects, provide independent financial advice and serve solely at the interest of the Township and manage the bond financing process and negotiate key points to accomplish the Township’s objectives. The Municipal Advisor will also serve as Dissemination Agent. Responsible for providing annual continuing disclosure compliance services.
