Scope of Services
The City of Newport Beach (“City”) is seeking proposals from qualified proposers interested in providing the City with preventative maintenance service and as-needed electric motor repair services. The objective of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) solicitation is to identify the highest-qualified
proposer to provide these services over the course of a proposed five (5) year contract term.

All Proposers are required to submit proposals electronically. The electronic bid system will close exactly at the date and time set forth in this Request For Proposals/Qualifications or as changed by addenda. Proposers shall be required to submit additional documents as requested and Addenda acknowledgments electronically.
NOTE: Pushing the submit button on the electronic bid system may not be instantaneous; it may take time for the Proposer’s documents to upload and transmit before the proposal is accepted. It is the Proposer’s sole responsibility to ensure their documents are uploaded, transmitted, and arrive in time electronically.
