Some elements identified below may be eliminated or modified for this project. In their submittals, firms should propose additions or edits to this scope that lend to the best process. Following the firm selection process, a meeting will be held with the successful firm to negotiate the final scope of work and a contract for services. Therefore, the city of Fort Myers reserves the right to revise the final scope of work. The cost to prepare the proposal and travel to project interviews shall be the full responsibility of the proposer.
