Notice of Intent to Award Brand Name; Aeronix Test Tools

The Contracts Office, Marine Corps Tactical Systems Support Activity (MCTSSA), Camp Pendleton CA, intends to award a Purchase Order on a brand name basis to Aeronix Technologies Group (ATG). The proposed contract action is for Aeronix suite of test tools manufactured by ATG, warranty, and off-site maintenance. MCTSSA intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; no solicitation is forthcoming. The determination not to compete this contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government.
