Catoosa County Sheriff's Office - VEHICLES

Pursuant to Georgia Laws 1982, pp. 5144, et. seq., the Commissioners of Catoosa County hereby solicit and request sealed bids for the purchase of vehicles for use by the Sheriff’s Office of Catoosa County. The bid shall specify a per unit price on each vehicle. The equipped vehicles shall comply with provided specifications and meet and/or exceed all Federal Department of transportation (DOT) requirements and the latest Underwriters laboratory (UL) requirements. TWO (2) Bids for this project must be SEALED and delivered in person, by mail, or by overnight delivery service to the office of the Board of Commissioners, Catoosa County Government Building, 800 LaFayette Street, Ringgold, GA 30736, Attention: Christal Thomas, Projects Administrator, not later than 1:00 p.m. Thursday, July 2, 2020. The envelope shall state “Sealed Bid – SO VEHICLES” to prevent accidental opening. Any Bid received after this time will not be considered. The Bids will be publicly opened and read at 1:05 p.m. Thursday, July 2, 2020 at the Catoosa County Government Building, 800 LaFayette Street, Ringgold, Georgia. Catoosa County reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Bids. Award will be made based on the lowest responsive and responsible bid that has met the requirements of this Bid’s criteria. Bid price should stand for 90 days minimum from July 2, 2020.
