Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (Best Value)The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of Marine and Aviation Operations/Marine Operations Center – Pacific requires repair of the gangway aboard NOAA Ship Fairweather in Newport, Oregon June 10 – 17, 2022.This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.(ii) Solicitation number NM-AN2120-22-01128 is issued as a firm fixed price, commercial, request for quotation (RFQ).(iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06.(iv) The NAICS code for this acquisition is 238190, Welding, On-Site, Contactors; the small business size standard is $16.5M.(v) Line items are as
