CPS needs the ability to centrally manage the student application and enrollment process using a single system of record. CPS’s goal is to use or build, as necessary, a website where parents and legal guardians can apply online using a mobile device or computer. Once applications are submitted, CPS will centrally manage student applications, seats available, and enrollment totals by location.
