Description: The City previously installed the slab and began construction of the storage building, however, only the slab was inspected and approved by the Building Department. The contractor will be required to analyze the existing structure and, if feasible, utilize what is already in place to permit and finish the project. If analysis determines the structure is not salvageable, a new prefabricated storage building shall be installed.
