PURPOSE: Project Manager (PM) Defense Communications and Army Transmission Systems (DCATS), will host an Industry Day to foster information exchange regarding the identification of future PM DCATS acquisitions, "mission objectives", increase and encourage competition, gain insight on the Army's operational and functional needs, address the feasibility of future requirements and potential projects for award beginning Q4 FY17 through FY20.
