Operating software subscription

The US Army Corps of Engineers, Rock Island District, intends to procure software subscriptions et.al on a sole source basis in accordance with the statutory of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Service Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The US Army Corps of Engineers, Rock Island District, intends to enter a firm, fixed-price contract with Caracal Enterprises LLC d/b/a VenTek International. The NAICS code for this procurement is 334514 with a size standard not to exceed 750 employees.
