Legislative Branch Cloud Services - IDIQ

The Library of Congress intends to implement an IDIQ offering cloud hosting, professional services, and training.  Please see attached solicitation document for details.

- Extend the solicitation closing date from 12pm 5/18/2020 to 12pm 5/21/2020
- Correct Section C.3.2 Order Information to C.3.1.A
- Correct Section L: Past Performance reference to refer to Section C.3
- Correct Section L Technical Approach to add section d. and include CSP reseller certification instructions
- Section L: Price - add attachment J3 - suggested proposal fixed discount format for cloud provider services
