The Alaska Board of Fisheries has adopted regulations resulting from the Statewide Finfish and Supplemental Issues Meeting that occurred in Anchorage from March 10 - 14, 2023 The regulations are attached to the bottom of this notice and contain changes to 5 AAC for subsistence, sport, commercial and personal use fisheries occurring in around the state in the finfish fisheries. The Lieutenant Governor signed and filed the regulations on May 26, 2023, and they become effective June 25, 2023.
