RFQ #PUARC-1683 - FLEET VEHICLES FOR RIVERSIDE COUNTY

The County of Riverside’s Purchasing and Fleet Services department is soliciting quotations from motor vehicle dealerships qualified to provide delivery of any type of vehicles, including but not limited to, current year, new year, future years, and used vehicles, which shall include, but not limited: cars, trucks, vans, sport utility vehicles, and more. The intent and purpose of this RFQu is to develop a panel of Awarded Bidders that can meet the County’s Fleet Vehicle requirements. The Multi-Vehicle Panel is intended for the County to obtain informal quotes from Awarded Bidders for any and all vehicles manufactured that meet the requirements specified within the informal quote request. The County intends to award to all Bidders that meet any requirements specified herein. It is estimated that 1,000 vehicles will be purchased against the resulting award(s) of this bid over the course of five years. The County will process orders on an as-needed basis throughout the duration of the award
