TWDB requires a comprehensive assessment of current environmental review processes, procedures, methodologies and reporting tools for both federally and state-funded programs in order to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements to the environmental review process.TWDB will consider qualifications from business entities that demonstrate the ability to

complete the Project within the guidelines of this Solicitation and any applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations. Respondents must execute Content Item 1, Execution of Response to the Request for Qualifications, and complete other items listed under 4.1.B, Contents, to be considered.
