Allwork to be performed under this contract will be directed by the Government in accordance with the proceduresoutlined in the ordering clauses of this contract. This solicitation is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal AcquisitionCircular 2023-04. This solicitation is advertised as a total small business set-aside under NAICS Code 541410, Interior Design Services with a size standard of $9M.
