Facility Condition Assessments for State of Alabama owned and leased facilities. The assessments will be offered as a service provided to State agencies through the Department of Real Property Management Division of Facilities Management. This agreement will be an “Open End” agreement and facilities will be assessed when agencies request the service. The Scope of Work shall include but not be limited to the following: Conduct an assessment of the primary facility components such as mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural components, vertical transportation, utilities, envelope, and life/health/safety components including
