KLAMATH COUNTY, OREGON REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Public Notice The Klamath County Board of County Commissioners is seeking proposals from an experienced professional  Grant administrator to administer a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) that has been awarded to  Klamath County from Oregon Business Development Department (OBDD). The grant will be used to  finance low/moderate income owner-occupied single-family rehabilitation projects. The RFP document may be obtained from 305 Main Street, Klamath Falls, Oregon 97601  or by calling (541) 851-3693 Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.  Any party downloading the RFP packet from the web will  be responsible to check with the Contract and Risk Manager, by phone 541-851-3693, or email at lbarlow-hunter@ co.klamath.or.us, or online at the above referenced link, for any addenda issued for this project. There will be no

mandatory pre-proposal meeting. Sealed proposals marked “Grant Administrative Services – Housing Rehabilitation Grant Program” will be received by the Contract and Risk Manager no later than 2 p.m., February 25, 2020 at the address listed on  the front page of the RFP. Proposals may be delivered via U.S. mail or courier or hand-delivered. Proposals  shall be sent to the attention of Leslie Barlow-Hunter, Contract and Risk Manager. Late, faxed or electronically transmitted proposals shall not be accepted. Klamath County may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may for good cause reject any or all proposals upon a finding of the agency that it is in  the public interest to do so.
