RFP-BANK LOAN FINANCING

"REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR BANK LOAN FINANCING FOR\nVANDERBURGH COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE FLEET VEHICLE PURCHASE\n\nThe Vanderburgh County Sheriff\u2019s Office (\u201cSheriff\u2019s Office\u201d) and the Vanderburgh County Board of\nCommissioners (\u201cCommissioners\u201d) are seeking loan proposals from financial institutions to finance the\nacquisition of ten (10) 2023 Ford Police Interceptor SUV vehicles. Specifically, the Sheriff\u2019s Office and\nCommissioners seek an Installment Purchase Agreement (\u201cAgreement\u201d) in an amount not to exceed\nFour Hundred Ninety Five Thousand Dollars ($495,000) and finance the same over a period of three (3)\nyears with a fixed interest rate forthe term of the loan.\n\nThe Sheriff\u2019s Office requests that financial institutions interested in financing the Agreement submit a\nsealed written loan proposal to the Sheriff\u2019s Office on or before February 17, 2023 at 12:00 noon (CST).\nThose interested are requested to send a sealed loan

term proposal as set forth above to Sheriff Noah\nRobinson - Sheriff\u2019s Office - 3500 N Harlan Ave., Evansville, Indiana 47711.
