NOTICE OF ADOPTED CHANGES IN THE REGULATIONS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL CONSERVATIONRegulations dealing with changes to the
State Air Quality Control Plan adopted by the Department of Environmental Conservation on November 18, 2020, with an effective date of December 25, 2020. The regulations have been made permanent and have been filed by the Lt. Governor. The regulations will appear in Register 236, January 2021, of the Alaska Administrative Code. The regulations changes are summarized as follows:Regulation changes address updates to the
State Air Quality Control Plan which incorporates the Fairbanks North Star Borough fine particulate matter (PM2.5) air quality plan as required by federal law.The following section was amended:18 AAC
