Mobile Telecommunications Service

The Contractor will need to provide complete mobile telecommunication services on a 24hours per day 365 days per year basis to the U.S. Government. Services provided shallinclude but not be limited to:Mobile Telephone Equipment (i.e. standard cell phones and "smartphones"); Purchase ofnew unlocked standard cell phones and smartphones with or without SIM cards; Mobilevoice and 4G data services for smartphones and mobile data devices; 5G data serviceswhen/where available; Mobile voice services for standard cell phones; Voice calls andSMS text messaging within the United Kingdom; voice calls and SMS text messagingwhen roaming internationally; International roaming data services; Voice Mail DataServices; Calls to UK and International Directory enquiry numbers; Calls to otherPremium Rate Services; 24 hour Customer service; Monthly detailed billing ofcalls/SMS/data usage; Ability for both Embassy administrators and cell service users tomonitor voice and data usage.The closing date to
