Basic components include: site characterization, permitting, preparing multiple feasibility options, and public outreach activities. Other Details SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS Proposals for this project can only be accepted via e-bid through the City of Toledo’s PlanetBids portal. Bids prices shall be to two (2) decimal places (i.e. $0.00). In order to be responsive, all proposals must have the following items with the submittal: project paperwork*; signed contract by the vendor*; child support affidavit*; Bureau of Worker’s Compensation certificate; and Certificate of Insurance, naming the City of Toledo as additionally insured / Certificate Holder, and proof of all insurance as required by the Great Lakes Commission. All submissions must also include the proposal, working project schedule, and itemized costs. *All City of Toledo forms are located on the “Documents” tab of this bid in PlanetBids. Other items are the responsibility of the bidder.
