RFP #11-015 - On-Call Executive SearchFirms/Recruitment Consultants

The City of Roseville , is soliciting proposals for an On-Call Executive Search Firms/Recruitment Consultants. This will be a competitive negotiation process. Qualified individuals, firms, contractors, consultants or entities , that meet the requirements set forth in this Request for Proposals, and are capable of providing the services requested are encouraged to participate. The City of Roseville plans to select multiple executive recruiting firms to be used on anon-call basis should an executive search firm or recruitment consultant be needed. Due to the broad range of positions within the organization, there may be certain executive recruiting firms with specialized industry focus. To that end, it is anticipated that there will be a number of firms that might be able to assist the City depending on the vacancy at that time. The City seeks On-Call Executive Search Firms/Recruitment Consultants that are well versed in the executive search & recruitment process. The City is particularly interested in executive search firms/recruitment consultants who can offer creative, innovative approaches, with a proven track record, to support the City in recruiting and hiring the best candidates available for high level executive and hard to recruit City
