NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the CITY OF LAUDERHILL is seeking sealed proposals for the following work as specified. Wholesale and Retail Lockbox Banking Services RFP NUMBER #2023-016 The City of Lauderhill will be accepting sealed proposals until 12:45 P.M. on January 30, 2023 and will open such proposals at 1:00 P.M. in Room 401, City Hall, 5581 West Oakland Park Blvd., Lauderhill, Florida 33313. Proposals received after 12:45 P.M. EST will not be considered and will be returned to the proposer unopened. The City of Lauderhill is seeking proposals from qualified proposers, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, to provide wholesale and retail lockbox services. Proposals will be ranked on a combined qualification and pricing for Proposal #2023-016 Wholesale and Retail Lockbox Banking Services; Contract (s) will be awarded to the Proposer that that best meets the needs of the City of Lauderhill as determined by the City Commission. Contract is non-exclusive agreement with term

three (3) years with a possible two (2) one (1) year extension. The RFP Documents may be examined and obtained on and after, December 19, 2022 from the Lauderhill City’s website and IonWave. Vendors who obtain solicitation documents from other sources than the Finance Department are cautioned that the solicitation package may be incomplete. Furthermore, all addendums will be posted and disseminated by the Finance/Purchasing Department. One (1) unbound original, four (4) bound copies (Only bound with staples, paperclips, or rubber bands. NO binders or spiral notebooks) and one electronic in PDF format of the proposal must be submitted no later than 12:45 P.M. on January 30, 2023 in sealed envelopes bearing the words “Wholesale and Retail Lockbox Service RFP# 2023-016 and shall be submitted to the City Clerk’s Office, City of Lauderhill, 5581 West Oakland Park Boulevard, Suite, 421 Lauderhill, Florida 33313.
