Submit a proposal for these services with the full understanding and full consideration of this addendum. The addendum is being issued to make the following additions: @ Section 2, Proposal Schedule, the first paragraph is amended to read: Pre-Proposal Meeting A mandatory pre-proposal will be held at Bellflower City Hall on April 18, 2024 at 10:00 am at 16600 Civic Center Drive, Bellflower, CA 90706. To be considered, the proposal must be submitted by the deadline at the Bellflower City Clerks Office, 16600 Civic Center Drive, Bellflower, CA 90706. Postmarks will not be accepted. Failure of, or disturbances in any mail service is not a legitimate reason for proposals submitted after the above due date. Electronic mail or facsimiles will not be accepted.
