The State Construction Department (SCD) is accepting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for Professional Service providers in the following disciplines: Architecture, Structural Engineering,Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Surveying, Geo-Technical, Landscape Architecture, Construction Materials Testing, Environmental Engineering, and Well Services Engineering. Submittals will bereviewed and approved submittals will be kept on file with the SCD for two (2) years.
