THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE IS A MARKET SURVEY AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS OR QUOTATIONS. THE GOVERNMENT DOES NOT INTEND TO AWARD A CONTRACT ON THE BASIS OF THIS SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS.The Marine Corps Logistics Command Albany, GA is conducting a sources sought to obtain information to determine the availability and capability of qualified sources that are technically capable of providing a non-personal service contract to support Pre-and-Post Deployment System Support (PPDSS) for the Marine Corps Platform Integration Center (MCPIC), and CISCO Wireless.  The scope of this effort includes system maintenance, sustainment, and operational support functions that are typical in the support and operations phase of a system’s lifecycle.  The Program Manager (PM) requires a continuous evaluation method to reduce system lifecycle costs and increase systems interoperability and integration with Global Combat Support Systems – Marine Corps (GCSS-MC) Logistics Chain Management (LCM)
Increment 1 and Defense Property Accountability Service – Warehouse Module (DPAS-WM).  The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein.  Subcontract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.  Marine Corps Platform Integration Center (MCPIC) is a net-centric system designed for Asset Visibility and Location Verification in support of audit and inventory management as well as Force Deployment and Distribution. The MCPIC Platform delivers infrastructure to host distributed applications to support United States Marine Corps (USMC) logistics business processes.  It provides improved logistics readiness, accurate asset tracking, improved financial audits, and timely decision making by data-driven insights.  This system is used by Marine Corps and joint operational planners to develop war plans, and to respond immediately to emerging crisis response contingencies.  Strategically and operationally, it provides Combatant and Marine Corps Commanders with the means to determine readiness, resource availability, and location of specific combat systems within the Marine Corps assets to make war-fighting decisions.  In addition, it provides the prepositioning community with a set of tools to determine the prepositioning equipment and supplies both ashore and afloat; asset status, condition and availability; and equipment deployment planning.  A copy of the Performance Work Statement is posted with this notification.The anticipated period of performance is for one base year plus 4 option years.  Initial projections indicate a Fiscal Year 2023 award period.The Government will consider all responses from capable interested offerors, received by the closing date. All offers must be supported by information to enable the Government to evaluate an offers capability. All documentation shall become the property of the Government.The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541614.Potential offerors having the skills, experience, professional qualifications, and capabilities necessary to perform the described requirement are invited to provide a capabilities statement via e-mail. The capability statements shall not exceed five (5) pages and must include the following: 1) Company name and Point of Contact information (address, telephone, e-mail, web-site, etc.); 2) DUNS number and CAGE code; and 3) Familiarity and product knowledge.
