This solicitation is intended to provide assistance to the Contract Compliance Section of the DEPARTMENT’s External Civil Rights Division in contract compliance monitoring for State and Federal Regulations, specifically as they relate to Certified Payroll Reports (CPRs), Subcontractor and Labor compliance. These duties include, but are not limited to, monitoring CPRs for accuracy and timely submittal, ensuring compliance with Nevada prevailing wage and the Federal Davis Bacon and Related Acts (DBRA) regulations, tracking apprentice/trainee regulations and hours, and monitoring goal attainment of Civil Rights programs.Project Scope:The SERVICE PROVIDER shall provide personnel (FTE) to perform compliance monitoring services, on assigned contracts, to ensure the State, Federal and DEPARTMENT requirements are being met. FTE will provide support and training to contractors and subcontractors on regulations and use of the DEPARTMENT’s compliance monitoring software programs. Travel to DEPARTMENT field crew offices or other locations may be necessary for operations support.
