THE AGENCY’S DECISION OF FIRMS SELECTED TO PARTICIPATE IN ORAL PRESENTATIONS/DISCUSSIONS. The posting of this notice will commence on Tuesday, June 29, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. (ET) and continue for 72 hours, excluding holidays and weekends, until

Friday, July 2, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. (ET). Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in section 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, or failure to post a bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes. Reference the attached document titled “Agency Decision – Oral Discussion Short List for RFQ 2021010” for additional details.ORAL PRESENTATION/DISCUSSION INFORMATION AND SCHEDULE. Reference the attached document titled “Addendum 3 - Oral Discussion Information and Schedule for RFQ 2021010” for additional information.REVISED TIMELINE OF EVENTS. In accordance with Section 2.6, Addenda/Amendments to the RFQ, the Department hereby formally amends the Timeline of Events. Reference the attached document titled “Addendum 3 - Revised Timeline of Events” for additional details.---------------------------------------------------Addendum No. 2Clarifies the question/answer to #95 from Addendum No. 1 and modifies the Timeline of Events. See the attached addendum for additional information.---------------------------------------------------The Department of Environmental Protection hereby issues this Request for Qualification (RFQ) requesting Responses from qualified vendors pursuant to 62-787, Florida Administrative Code for Professional Services for Waste Management/Waste Cleanup Programs.Please see the attached solicitation for additional information.
