The County seeks experienced, qualified, and culturally competent entities to deliver supplementary staffing services. The entities awarded a contract under this RFP are expected to plan and execute a pipeline of

supplementary staff support for a variety of Montgomery County Departments in line with the occupational category or categories they are responsible for. Work assignments will vary from short term to longer term. Offerors may propose to provide supplementary staffing services for one (1) or more of the seven (7) occupational categories listed below. Offerors must indicate which occupational category or categories their proposal is intended for. An offeror is eligible for more than one award under this RFP. Offerors will not receive preference in the award process for offering to provide services for all occupational categories. Proposals for each occupational category will be rated separately, so offerors interested in more than one category must submit one proposal for each category. Successful offerors will be awarded contracts that cover the occupational category or categories.
