MPA 508 OE Energy Efficiency Services

MPA 508 Open Enrollment is to establish a list of qualified vendors which provide turnkey energy efficiency services to public sector entities. Turnkey energy efficiency services are defined as: performance of energy audits; identification and payback analysis of energy efficiency measures; recommendation of appropriate energy efficiency measures; installation services, material and labor warranties; and appropriate reporting and facilitating of National Grid (Utility) or other available incentives or rebates. Proposals received by May 3rd, 2023 at 11:00 am will be evaluated after that date. All proposals received after May 3rd, 2023 will be evaluated at the end of every calendar quarter.
