Solicitation Description: The purpose of this solicitation is to solicit proposals for renewal or migration andimplementation of new services of a Cloud Hosted VoIP Provider to replace its currentcloud-hosted VoIP products currently in use by employees. All work must be completedin accordance with all applicable standards and other specifications, terms, andconditions as stated in this RFP. The project should provide CACOST with a hosted andsecure Cloud Hosted VoIP solution as well as the coordination of licensing, migration,and support, as detailed below.
