M119A3 & IPADS Fire Control Computer Covers

The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Picatinny on behalf of the Program Manager - Towed Artillery Systems (PM-TAS) has a requirement to procure fifteen hundred (1500) Fire Control Computers (FCC) Covers in support of the M119A3 Howitzer and Improved Position and Azimuth Determining System (IPADS). A firm fixed price contract with four option years shall be used for this acquisition utilizing Small Business Set-aside competition procedures. The Government will select for award the proposal that is the most advantageous and represents the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) offer to the Government. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database by accessing the SAM web site at http://www.sam.gov in order to be eligible for contract award. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334118 and the corresponding small business size standard is 1000 employees.
