Building are occupied and considered urgent due to the life safety concern of potentially losing water and pressure to the fire hydrants to support the building’s sprinkler system. Repairs shall begin within seven (7) days of the Contract Award. This Amendment #2 provides for overtime /after-hour rates to be established, due to the urgency of water line repairs.
