WHO WE ARE CAMPAIGN

Description: The Suwannee River Water Management District (District) is requesting proposals to develop outreach materials to educate citizens and visitors of North Florida about the core missions of the District and to illustrate how the District protects the natural resources through resource management, land management, projects, water supply, minimum flows and minimum water levels, water resources and hydrologic data services. The District seeks a vendor to collaborate with the Communications Office to produce videos, educational materials, media placement and graphics. The materials will be used in the Districts Who We Are campaign, which will bring awareness to the responsibilities of the District. The materials will also be displayed on the District’s website for the public to access. In addition to external communications, the graphic will be used internally for onboarding new board members and employees. The District anticipates that residents within North Florida will view

the materials to learn more about the District and develop an understanding of how they can utilize the resources and technical expertise provided by the District. Ultimately, residents and visitors will know why and how the District protects the natural systems through improving water quality, enhancing water supply, protecting natural systems and improving flood protection.
