Job Training Services On Monday March 4th, at 9 a.m. on behalf of Mayor Wu and the City of Boston Neighborhood Jobs Trust, the Mayor’s Office of Workforce Development (OWD) issued an open and competitive Request for Grant Applications (RFGA) for WIOA Supportive Service Providers in support of OWD’s WIOA Youth portfolio. The RFGA seeks to identify providers who specialize in direct service or resource referral in the areas of affordable housing, behavioral health, childcare or other specialties to support youth already enrolled in WIOA Youth funded partnerships.
