HPP will help fund the acquisition, renovation, or operations of existing subsidized or naturally occurring affordable rental units located within the City of Pittsburgh. HPP's mission is to invest in affordable rental housing that is at risk of turning market rate. Funding available to projects seeking HPP financing originates from the American Rescue Plan. Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis.
