The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to select the most qualified firm to act as the City’s Assessment Engineer and annually prepare the Engineer’s Report, which details proposed assessments and identifies necessary maintenance and improvements within the LLMDs and CFDs. Should an award be made, the selected Proposer (or Consultant as referred to in this RFP) will enter into an agreement with the City of Jurupa Valley to provide the services beginning March 2023.
