Proposals will be received at the City Hall until 4:00 p.m. C. S. T. on December 22, 2022, and publicly opened and read aloud on the aforesaid date. The envelopes containing the Proposals must be sealed and addressed to Pam Pyle, City Clerk, City of Hernando, 475 W. Commerce Street, Hernando, MS 38632 and plainly marked “Proposal for Parks and Recreation Grass Maintenance Services”, Bid Date December 22, 2022. Copies of the proposal documents may be obtained at the office of the City Clerk located at 475 W. Commerce Street,
Hernando, MS 38632. In addition, official bid documents can be downloaded from Central Bidding at www.centralbidding.com. Electronic bids can also be submitted at www.centralbidding.com. Each Proposal, together with appropriate schedules, must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing on the outside the name of the Bidder, its address, and plainly marked “Proposal for Parks and Recreation Grass Maintenance Services”. Bid Date December 22, 2022. If forwarding by mail, the sealed envelope containing the Proposal must be enclosed in another envelope addressed as specified in the Proposal. The City may consider as irregular any Proposal not prepared and submitted in accordance with the provisions hereof and may waive any information or reject any and all Proposals. Any Proposal received after the time and date specified above shall not be considered.
