Quotes must be submitted via email. All quotes must be good for no less than 90 days after the quote submission date. All Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM; https://sam.gov/) prior to quoting. Failure to have an active registration status in SAM by the time of award will make that Offeror ineligible to receive the award with no exceptions. All quotations must conform to the solicitation requirements, to include all stated terms, conditions, representations, and certifications.
