OEM COMPASS WATER SOLUTIONS HELI-SEP TANK AND SUCTION MANIFOLD

NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound in support of the Military Sealift Command is soliciting for Brand Name Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Compass Water Solutions Heli-Sep Tanks and Suction Manifold in accordance with the attached solicitation specifications. This acquisition will be negotiated as a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE to Compass Water Solutions and its distributors. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals prior to offer due date. A determination to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Award of a FIRM-FIXED PRICE, SUPPLY type contract in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13 is anticipated.Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from the SAM.gov website and for frequently monitoring the site for any amendments.
