RFQ-24-17 Urban Forest Planting, Maintenance & Removal Services Continuing Contract City of Winter Haven Description:The City of Winter Haven (hereafter referred to as “City”) is seeking to select several vendors and contractors that are able to perform one or multiple of the service categories outlined in the Scope that are required to supplement City staff’s urban forestry work. Services that the City is seeking include nurseries, tree installation and initial care and irrigation, tree maintenance including emergency and routine tree pruning and young tree training, and tree removals.
